The Indian Premier League - cricket's richest tournament - has announced it's moving lock stock and barrel to South Africa after the Indian government said it couldn't guarantee security at its matches. Our Sports Correspondent Alex Capstick looks at the economic background to the league and asks if it'll be able to sustain its success outside of India
