High speed internet access is, at last, coming to East and Southern Africa. The first of several international fibre optic cables to reach the coast of East Africa has now "gone live" - and it promises fast and cheap internet access. Audrey Tinline asks if this means all Africans will be able to benefit from the internet revolution?
