In contrast to the Premier League, Serie A is struggling. As the Italian season kicks off we're in Rome to hear about plans for a breakaway league. Talking of breakaway leagues we get the reaction of the European Club's Association to a prediction from Arsene Wenger that there will be a European Super League inside 10 years.
