The divisions in Kenyan politics which erupted into violence after the 2007 elections have still to be solved. Why is the reform process there going so slowly?

Now Analysis. In Kenya hundreds of people displaced by violence which followed the rigged election of December 2007 are still living in squalid camps. The divisions that caused the violence were supposed to have been addressed by a reform programme masterminded by the former UN Secretary General Kofi Annan. But few reforms have been implemented. Adam Mynott asks what consequences that could have for the Kenyan people.
