Preview of a mini-episode of Casualty which picks up Alistair and Polly's story from the end of Episode 9, focusing on the dark seven days until the start of Episode 10. It will be available from 31 October on red button, mobile and bbc.co.uk/casualty. Slowly following Alistair's descent into madness, the mini-episode portrays the seedy underbelly of life on the streets as we watch him pushed to the absolute limit ... foreshadowing the horrors to come.
