Half the population of this world is under 28. Indeed in some countries, like Uganda, half the population is under 15. But they are hardly a homogeneous lot. Some brim with confidence seemingly well beyond their years while others mumble and shuffle and generally seem very unsure of themselves.

Why would that be and how does that affect their chances of gaining employment in an increasingly crowded world? Steve Evans hears the hopes of unemployed young people in the English town of Shrewsbury.
