In a bumper Good Friday editon of her show Clare talks to Lisa Walker, a nurse in the T.A. from right here in Shropshire about her gruelling cycle ride from Lands End to John O Groats.
After that Clare finds out about all the Easter egg hunts going on this weekend in the county from Heidi Carrington from the Nation Trust.
Plus she talks to Julia Donaldson, author of the incredibly successful children's book 'The Gruffalo' which has recently been made into an animated film starring James Corden and Robbie Coltrane.
