1980 Temple 100

Fans eagerly awaited what they anticipated would be a closely fought race between Joey Dunlop and Ray McCullough. The conditions were perfect and at the end of lap one Steve Cull was in the lead with Ray McCullough in second place. In an exciting race it was Steve Cull who triumphed with Ray McCullough in second. Joey had gone out of the race earlier.
