Eriksson is a wandering albatross chick on Bird Island, South Georgia. The chick is being protected from the wintery conditions by its parents, Erik and Erika, two satellite tagged birds taking it in turns to keep Eriksson warm. The chick will soon be left completely on its own while the parents forage for food at sea.
