20/05/2010 Salisbury council housing Salisbury High School More Chippenhams

Morning music and chat.

Wiltshire Council has been given a zero star rating by the Audit Commission for the way it runs its council housing in the Salisbury area. Matthew spoke to a couple of tenants -one who is happy with the service, the other who is not. You can hear the response from the Chief Executive of Wiltshire Council at about 2 hours 10 minutes into the programme.

Matthew caught up with Paul Treacy from Chippenham who wants to get a new town somewhere else in the world to adopt the town's name. He has even written to Californian Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger!

Our unique series behind the scenes at RAF Lyneham continued as we heard from the people on the base who organise the repatriation ceremonies. Click to go to the main Matthew Smith site for a link to our reporter Ashley Heath's experiences at Lyneham.

And we spent some time with the Salisbury High School students training to ride motorbikes with the army at Bulford.
