The digital switchover doesn't hit the county until 2011 but there are warnings that doorstep callers will be out and about trying to make some money out of you.
A new survey says that modern life is leaving people feeling increasingly isolated and lonely. And it's not only the elderly who feel that way. So what constitutes loneliness and have you helped someone who has found themselves in that situation?
Somerleyton is one of the first places in Suffolk to be featured in one of the 50 new guides aimed at encouraging visitors to 'stay a little longer' to explore some of the County's most unspoilt rural areas.
