Songwriter Mark Eitzel rehearses the first song of a new musical for Brighton Festival. Mark teamed up with award-winning playwright Simon Stephens to create 鈥淢arine Parade.鈥� The song, titled 鈥淚 live in this place鈥� is taken from his new album 鈥淜lammoth.鈥� Miranda Sawyer is watching the rehearsal in the Union Chapel.
