Claire and her fiancee booked a 5 star trip to Florida to get married in the sun. They forked out over 脗拢400 for a deluxe wedding package that included button holes, wine, decorations and the all important cake. On the day though it was alarm bells not wedding bells that were ringing as most of the items they had paid for were no-where to be seen. JVS wants to know if the holiday company will pay for ruining Claire芒聙聶s dream day?
And what about poor Paula? A root ball in her hedge blocked a drain and sent jets of sewage up through the kitchen floor. Her insurance company said they would cover the work but for weeks no-ones lifted a finger. JVS got on the case and soon Paula was window shopping for a brand new high gloss cream kitchen. But have the company agreed the refit? Tune in to find out.
