Remember Barry? His neighbours were so noisy for months he芒聙聶s been driving to a motorway services at night and sleeping in his car. The council put a stop to the noise but Barry芒聙聶s problems didn芒聙聶t end there. He芒聙聶s on anti-depressants and desperately wants to move to a house where he feels safe. His housing officer has found a lady who wants to do a house swap but only if Barry芒聙聶s dated property gets a new kitchen and bathroom.
