JVS and his team fight for your rights and tackle your consumer problems.
Coming up on the show today:
Today could be a big day for Barry. He came on the show and told JVS that for months he芒聙聶s been sleeping in his car at night as his neighbours made too much noise for him to sleep. His housing officer put an end to the disturbance but Barry芒聙聶s tired out, he芒聙聶s on anti-depressants and he can芒聙聶t face going home again. The housing association may have the solution, a house swap. We芒聙聶ve all been waiting to see if Barry芒聙聶s dream move will come true, tune in to see if his life can start again.
And what about Denise? Her hallway is so narrow she has to squeeze past her mobility scooter to go to the toilet and there芒聙聶s not even room to close the door. She has a colostomy bag that needs emptying 8 times a day and she finds the whole experience degrading. She芒聙聶s asked the council to knock a wall through so she can keep her scooter outside; JVS wants to know why they won芒聙聶t do the work?
