Both Sally's daughter and partner have a rare condition that has left them deaf and gradually losing their eyesight. They love watching TV together but need a massive screen and huge subtitles. She bought a 40 incher but before even switching it on she knew it wasn't big enough. The trouble is, the shop say the screen is damaged and refuse to give her money back, JVS wants to know how, its never even used!
