Saving turtles
Former Apprentice runner-up Saira Khan shows her softer side when she travels to Sri Lanka to examine the problems turtles face at sea and on land. Due to egg poaching and fishing, six of the world's seven turtle species are in danger of extinction within the next 25 years. Saira meets the local people and experts working around the clock to redress the balance. She also helps monitor a female as she lays 130 eggs at night on a beach, and watches as the conservation team satellite-tag her.
