Smoking ban - should it be revisited?

James hears from a Suffolk woman who has been trying to register the birth of her baby and hasn't been able to get through on the phone or e-mail to do it.

Three years after the smoking ban was introduced there was supposed to be a review. The coalition has said they have no plans to change it but a Conservative MP has tabled a motion to 芒聙聵look again芒聙聶 at the ban to aid the pub and club business.
