The Goodies is a surreal sketch sitcom from the 1970's and early 1980's. It was co-written by and starred Tim Brooke-Taylor, Graeme Garden and Bill Oddie. Oddie played William, a scruffy, occasionally violent, left-leaning rebel from Lancashire. Here, his plans to get his job back are scuppered by the appointment of a familiar friend.
