Seynab's husband is out of work and out of the country, she has a limited income and since February has been trying to apply for tax credits. No-one seems to be able to help and she is struggling to afford milk and nappies for her new born baby. Now JVS is involved will she finally get the money she so badly needs?

Plus what about Gary? He was at his laptop eating a pavlova when toffee sauce dripped down onto the keyboard. A repair company say this caused an electrical short and broke the laptop but three months later and the machine is still not fixed. Tim's been trying to get Gary out of this sticky situation.
