Dolphin's dart is in Ufford.

In Country Matters, Nicola Currie from the Country Land and Business Association (CLA) talks about tractors on the roads and how changes in the law have made hunting deer easier.

Sarah Allerton has just written her first book which is already in line for an award.

It's based on the true story of a seaman torpedoed by a German U-boat and left drifting at sea.

Farmer Paul Watkin from Hulver is on the sofa. He's been featured on TV because he still likes to farm the old-fashioned way using an old binder and thresher.

Dolphin's dart is at Ufford near Woodbridge.
