Felicity芒聙聶s 16 year old daughter flew to Genoa but when she got off the plane her luggage was no-where to be seen. She芒聙聶s spent a weekend without any of her belongings including her mobile phone charger which is making it hard to stay in touch with her family. JVS has spoken to the airline and has some interesting news.

Plus what about Jill? She芒聙聶s been living in a tent with her two dogs for weeks as she waits in a queue for social housing. The council told her that unless she gets rid of her dogs she芒聙聶s got very little chance of finding a place to live.
