Formula Student championship winners from University of Hertfordshire
Ronnie speaks to engineering students from the University of Hertfordshire and tries out their racing car.
Engineering students from the University of Hertfordshire have raced to victory at this year's Formula Student championships.
Held at Silverstone, the Class 1 team from the University of Hertfordshire were placed 5th overall against very tough international competition, and triumphed as the UK's top Formula Student team.
The car, made by UH students, is the world's first electric car to compete in and win the competition, gaining a prestigious first place in the categories of sustainability and presentation.
Ronnie spoke to the students and Dr Howard Ash, senior lecturer, University of Hertfordshire live on today's show.
