Jo and her family were enjoying a holiday in Egypt when the volcanic ash cloud grounded flights across the world. They ended up stranded for five days but the airline promised to pay them back almost all of their costs. Days later they were told this was an administrative mistake and they would be getting back less than half of what they spent. They had the original offer in writing so Tim took the evidence to the airline and has some interesting news.
