Free swimming and more on post offices

Is there enough encouragement to get us swimming? Do we have good enough pools - or should we be making more of the sea and rivers? And we continue to get reaction to Suffolk post office closures.

How easy is it to go swimming in Suffolk? After the withdrawal of free swimming for children and pensioners in most of the county, the continuing closure of Broomhill in Ipswich, and the lack of an Olympic pool in the county, is enough money spent on swimming here? Could we do more to encourage people into the water? Or should we be making more of the sea and our rivers?

A Suffolk council is going to phone people and ask how energy efficient we are. But is it any of their business? How would you feel about being cold-called about your energy use? Should we be told to save energy - or is it up to us how we spend our money?

There are now just two days left utill the Big Summer De-clutter - and we'll get a Treehouse Appeal update to find out just how close we are to that 脗拢1m landmark. Plus, we'll hear how you can use leftover currency from your foreign holidays to help the appeal.

And after the bumper phone-in about post offices on Thursday's show, we hear from another village which says it has been ripped apart by the loss of its store.
