Stolen bikes given to ex-offenders

Police in Suffolk are to give ex-offenders bikes as part of a new scheme. And in the wake of the Pakistan natural disaster, we ask how you choose your charities.

Suffolk police have caused controversy by unveiling plans to give ex-offenders previously stolen bikes to help them in their search for work.
