On today's show, JVS talks to Sarah whose mother stayed in a hotel for one night. Two weeks later she found out she芒聙聶d been charged an extra 脗拢400. The company said she had removed the double glazed units from the windows and put them on the floor -Sarah芒聙聶s mum is 71!

JVS will also be catching up with Margaret. Every time someone rings her doorbell, her neighbour Yvonne芒聙聶s rings too! Apparently they芒聙聶re on the same frequency and that芒聙聶s what芒聙聶s causing the problem.
