Danny Pike asks: "Where should we send drug addicts - prison or rehab?"
Brighton and Hove has the dubious title of "drugs death capital" of the UK. But is the solution to decriminalise drugs? That's the suggestion of a leading doctor - Professor Sir Ian Gilmore, the former president of the Royal College of Physicians. Danny hears the views from a former Chief Constable, a woman whose son became a cannabis addict, and a man who's worked closely with drug addicts in Brighton and has carried out research into the drug-related deaths in the city.
