Communities Secretary Eric Pickles wants to get rid of what he sees as unnecessary signs and has singled out Salisbury as a particularly bad city centre. Matthew spoke to Tim Burton from Civic Voice who are backing Mr Pickles, and to Lindsey Brown the Salisbury City Centre manager who says there are too many bollards.
