Austerity measures
Two Eurozone countries, Ireland and Spain have taken quite different approaches to try to plug their gaping deficits. Ireland brought in austerity measures early on, with deep cuts in public service salaries.

Spain moved later, making cutbacks on a smaller scale. Which works better?
