A church in Florida has designated September 11 as 'International Burn the Koran Day'. Its pastor will lead the call with ceremonial burnings of Islam's holy book. There have been protests in Indonesia and Kabul and America's most senior military leader in Afghanistan, General David Petraeus, has warned the lives of American soldiers could be endangered if the burning goes ahead. Is this a legitimate form of expression?
