On today's show, JVS speaks to Mike. When Mike's wife became ill they couldn芒聙聶t go on the holiday they booked. The company has refused to give him his money back.
Tom came to the show for help with his problem. He paid for a classic car to take him from his wedding to the reception, but the car ran out of petrol and made him and his new bride late for their Irish band and dinner.
