James talks to a former prisoner who's now got a job in the county about what it was like, and hears from an agency trying to find work for those who've been inside.

Teenagers are supposed to be sulky - but when a young girl from Holbrook stopped smiling, it turned out to be a lot more than a teenage tantrum.

She'll be joining James in the studio to talk about her condition - Myasthenia gravis - and how she's hopeful it's in remission.
