Watch Chris and Jonny discovering that Women's Lacrosse isn't quite the gentle sport they expected in their latest Sporting Challenge.

The pair headed over to the idyllic location of Wycombe Abbey School, where England Women's Lacrosse Captain Katy Bennett taught them the skills of the game.

Finally the duo were joined by a couple of team-mates each for the all-important match, with the winner getting their hands on the prized Sporting Challenge trophy.
