Watch Chris and Jonny partake of a mid-morning Lawn Bowls session at Blackheath and Greenwich Bowling Club.

The pair were guided by two of the sport's leading lights - World Indoor Pairs Champion Andy Thomson, and 21-year-old Sian Gordon, who'll be representing England in the upcoming Commonwealth Games in Delhi.
