Using new research, modelling techniques and computer graphics, Bill Oddie recreates the awesome powers of the Tyrannosaurus Rex and the Triceratops.
Tyrannosaurus Rex: six tons of muscle and teeth, and the most famous killer the world has ever known. Triceratops: armoured and equivalent to an elephant-sized rhino wearing a spiked helmet.To illustrate the destructive capabilities of these creatures, life-sized, bio-mechanical replicas were made - a T. Rex head made of solid steel, and Triceratops skull complete with three horns. They were then put on trial to conduct the most detailed analysis ever attempted.
