Jessica booked a party limo packed with decorations and non-alcoholic cocktails for her nine year old daughter's birthday but was set for a huge disappointment. The car that turned up had not been decorated, showed signs of having recently been in a crash and as for the cocktails all Jessica could see was a bottle of budget lemonade on the back seat.
