Rab Wilson: Accent of the Mind
Over in Ayrshire, at the 鈥淏urns an A鈥 That鈥 Festival, Liam Logan heads to Poosie Nancy鈥檚 pub in Mauchline, to meet leading Scots poet, Rab Wilson.
Rab talks to Liam about how Lallans is still spoken in New Cumnock, and discusses his new book, 鈥楢ccent of the Mind: poems chiefly in the Scots language'.
Rab has translated four of Horace鈥檚 Satires into Scots (included in the new book) - and has also translated the rest which he hopes to publish as a pamphlet.
