Andrea Hill's salary and Ralph McTell visits Suffolk

Andrea Hill's salary has drawn the attention of the prime minister, the singer behind the iconic track Streets of London - Ralph McTell - talks about his new album and his forthcoming trip to Suffolk.

Is it time we left Andrea Hill alone? It's been big news here for a long time - but yesterday the pay of the county council's chief executive drew the attention of the prime minister. Andrea Hill is paid around 拢220,000 a year - considerably higher than David Cameron.

The Central Suffolk and North Ipswich MP, Dr Dan Poulter, used Prime Minister's Questions to put to Mr Cameron that if he himself had taken a five per cent reduction in his salary, should he not be urging Mrs Hill to do the same.

The Princess Royal is in the county later today visiting a new rural housing project. James will be looking at how hard it is for young people to stay in their villages as they grow up, with the cost of housing far from affordable for many.

Do you think there's too much packaging on our shopping? One major supermarket almost found itself in court, because trading standards officers felt there was "excessive packaging" on a joint of beef. Are you sick of peeling off the layers of film, plastic, polystyrene and cardboard?

And the singer behind the iconic track, Streets of London - Ralph McTell - joins James to talk about his new album and his forthcoming trip to Suffolk.
