Carboniferous corals
Dr Bob Owens of the National Museum of Wales and Dr Paul Wright of Cardiff University show Iolo Williams fossils from limestone rocks of the Carboniferous. Three hundred million years ago, underwater Wales was rich in ancient tropical life.
