Oxfordshire speed cameras to return
The county council says it's in discussion with Thames Valley Police and hey're "close to an agreement to have the cameras switched back on in the future."

Shared Defence - David Cameron and the French President Nicolas Sarkozy will sign an historic treaty at a London summit this lunchtime - promising greater co-operation on defence. Under the fifty-year deal, Britain and France will share the use of aircraft carriers and nuclear testing facilities and create a joint rapid reaction Army force.
