As pressure grows on Ireland to accept a bailout, we report from the Kilkenomics festival of comedy and economics. Plus, are European austerity measures working, or are people's sacrifices wasted?

As pressure grows on Ireland to accept a European bailout, the 大象传媒's Nessa Tierney reports from the Kilkenomics festival of comedy and economics in Kilkenny. As one joke goes, the festival has its own ratings agency; it has amalgamated Standard and Poor's with Moody's, to create the very Irish 'Moody and Poor.'
