An introduction to Robert the Bruce
Mark Thompson, Chairman of the Ulster-Scots Agency, joins Liam Logan in the studio on the 700th anniversary of Robert the Bruce's visit to Ireland.
Mark gives an overview of Robert the Bruce who took refuge on Rathlin Island between the autumn of 1306 and the spring of 1307 and discusses his Ulster-Scots connections including his wife who was daughter of the Earl of Ulster.
