Rail passengers from Kent are being told to brace themselves for a massive increase in overcrowding. Despite a high demand for property in Kent, new figures show 18,000 homes in the county are lying empty. And parents in Edenbridge are demanding a new secondary school for the town. At the moment their children are having to get up at 6am to commute.
