Carers UK say home carers feel 'invisible and ignored'.

Jo Pearce from Portland has spent the last 19 years caring for her husband Busty, following a stroke and double leg amputation.

Today we're going to focus on Carers and in particular care provided by a family member.

Did you know that 1 in 8 adults in the UK are carers?? That's about 6 million people...

BUT Carers UK say they are under funded and are more cuts are on the horizon...it's left many carers feeling ignored and invisible.
