Hear Foz's conversation with Neil Innes, best known for his work with the Bonzo Dog Doo Dah Band. He's doing a one-off gig at the Seckford Theatre in Woodbridge for MacMillan Cancer Support.

Soldiers from RAF Honington march 15 to 25 miles a day to raise money for The Poppy Appeal. They're doing a mile for every soldier killed in Iraq and Afghanistan.
