Charlie Gillen calls by to kailye with Alan Wade in Stranocum, an old friend and a fine piper, who comes from a long family tradition of musicians.
Alan plays some tunes on the Scottish small pipes for Charlie including ‘Lough Rannoch’, and talks about his father, Sam Wade, who taught him his piping skills and who had a very successful music career. (Broadcast: 19th April 2008)
