Jill is a dog walker and bought some very expensive knee-high walking boots. She wore them for one dog walk and they were very uncomfortable. She took them back to the shop covered in mud and the company would not let her return them. She thinks this is totally unfair.

Janet went online and ordered some herbal colon cleansing pills. They were meant to cost a few pounds but now over sixty pounds has been taken from her account. She wants her money back.
