Ulster-Scots recognised as minority language
Following an announcement last week that Ulster-Scots in Northern Ireland will be recognised by government as a regional or minority language, Lee Reynolds of the Ulster-Scots Heritage Council tells Helen Mark that this is great news; while John Kirk of Queen's University argues it is not a language.
