Ken's friend put down a deposit on a mobility scooter but before he went to buy it he changed his mind and decided to stick with his old model. He expected to get his deposit back but the company won't release a penny.

Sam sold a house in Italy and received 拢30,000 into his bank account. His bank noticed the sudden influx of money and froze his account. With his assets frozen he's been left near penniless and cannot afford his mortgage repayments.
